For committees
Below the surface, someone runs the club.
The half a member never sees, and the half that decides whether the season holds together.
Kept straight
Every decision has a name and a time.
- Accountable by defaultEvery approval, payment and change carries a name and a time. The Treasurer watches the club's money as it moves, and nobody has to remember who decided what, or when.Every approval
- Renewals chase themselvesThe roll knows who is financial and who is not, and the reminders go out on their own. The Treasurer stops being the person who has to ask twenty people for money. The Treasurer
- Nothing leaves with the committeeMember history, payments, approvals and the reasoning behind them stay in the club's own record. A handover is a login, not a shoebox of receipts and somebody's spreadsheet.Handover
Modules
Switch on what your club needs.
The platform grows with the club. Every part of it is below: switch on what your club needs now, and add the rest as it grows.
Members keep their own details current, officials verify them against a checklist, and every expiry date is flagged before it lapses.
Membership paid in the app for the whole household, with an optional auto-renewal that gives fourteen days' notice before it charges.
Closures, briefings and reminders sent from the dashboard straight to every member's phone.
Club merch, tag cards and raffle tickets, paid online, with capped stock that can't oversell. The Treasurer just sees the money arrive.
Every club magazine and newsletter in the app, back-catalogue included.
Sign on, sign off and a live board of every boat at sea, with an overdue boat raised to the committee.
Skippers pick where they're heading on the club's own chart grid instead of a list of presets.
Wind, swell, tide and the barometer for your own water, scored out of 100 for the day ahead, and matched against your club's own catch history to name the species landed on days like it.
The end-of-year workbook and exports, and the tag register: every card issued, to whom and by whom.
Club records that update themselves when a bigger fish is approved, and capture certificates worth framing.
Each registered boat's insurance and safety papers, with anything expired flagged on the boat register.
The season's trophies tallied from approved catches as they come in, so presentation night is ready when the season ends.
A payments register, reconciliation, and one button to chase whoever hasn't paid.
The membership register, each member's history and the AGM roll.
Club events, with RSVPs and tickets.
Live standings and results on the club's own website.
Results and records posted to the club's Facebook and Instagram on their own.
Photograph a capture certificate or tag card and the app reads the catch in.
Record alerts, career stats and where an angler's season is heading.
An opt-in photo gallery of the club's catches.
The club's sponsors, and their offers to members.
Entries, boats and payments for the club's own tournaments, open to visiting crews.

No lock-in contracts and no per-feature surprises: one figure your committee can budget against, confirmed in writing before you commit.
Questions
What committees ask us.
Can we bring across our members, records and points history?
Yes. Setup includes moving your member roll, club records and the current season's standings, so you don't start from zero.
Which payment providers do you support?
Membership and merchandise payments settle through the club's existing payment provider and flow to the club's own bank account.
Who owns the club's data?
The club does. Member history, payments, approvals and records live in the club's own account, and the club can export them at any time.
What does it cost?
A modular annual subscription based on the parts your club switches on, plus a per-member rate and a one-off setup fee. You'll have the exact figure in writing before your committee decides. Book a walkthrough for a quote.

See it on your own season.
Tell us which club you're with and how your season runs now, and we'll show you where your season would already be, on your own rules rather than a generic tour. If it isn't a fit for your club, we'll say so.
