Delete your Club Point Score account

You can ask for your account and personal information to be deleted at any time.

How to request deletion

Email support@clubpointscore.com.au with the subject Account deletion request, from the email address your account is registered under. You can also ask your club directly. We may need to verify your identity before acting on the request.

What is deleted

Your sign-in, your member profile (name, contact details, date of birth and address) and your notification tokens are removed.

What may be kept

Some information may be retained where the law or club administration requires it: payment and accounting records, and competition results, standings, trophies and records that form part of your club's history. This is described in section 8 and section 9 of the Privacy Policy.

Requests are actioned within a reasonable time, normally within 30 days.
